Mortgage loan conditions
  • Loan sum: 2.000 – 150.000€.
  • Repayment period: 2 months – 10 years.
  • Fee for concluding the contract: 1.5% of the loan sum (but not less than 32€). The fee is withheld when the loan sum is paid.
  • Interest rates start from 15% per annum.
  • The loan sum and the interest rate depend on the appraised value of the collateral and the financial capacity of the applicant.
  • Up to 70% of the value of the collateral can be financed (with additional security, up to 100% of the value of the security).
  • Our expert will appraise the security free of charge. Generally, there is no need to order a separate appraisal certificate.
  • Payment is possible on the basis of flexible, annuity or discounted schedules (more information and sample schedules are available here).
  • It is possible to prepare custom payment schedules and apply for a payment standstill.
Requirements to applicants and provided security
  • A loan applicant shall be at least 20 years old (there is no maximum age limit) – an Estonian citizen or a citizen of a foreign country with a valid Estonian residence permit or right of residence.
  • An applicant shall have sufficient financial resources or a business plan for repaying the loan in accordance with an agreed schedule.
  • The security need not necessarily be the property of the applicant, but the owner of the security shall provide approval for pledging it.
  • Our expert will appraise the security free of charge. Generally, there is no need to order a separate appraisal certificate.
  • Residential premises (apartments, houses), commercial premises (industrial buildings, warehouses, barns) as well as land without buildings can be used as security.
