A credit line provides peace of mind if you need to cover an unexpected or temporary costs. The limit is agreed upon in advance and is secured by the mortgage. By concluding a credit line contract you are able to receive additional financing in the maximum amount of the credit line sum without having to make a new contract each time.

Credit line conditions
- Credit line starts from 5.000 euros
- Loan period of up to 12 months
- Interest rates from 10% per annum
- The agreement fee is 1,5% of the loan sum (minimum fee is 32 euros)
- Payments within the credit line limit are free of charge
- Repay the credit with single or multiple installments
- We accept real estate mortgage as security
- Assessment of your security is performed free of charge
