- We lend up to 90% of the value or purchase price of the real estate
- Loan amount up to €300,000
- Interest 1% per month
- Loan period 2–6 months.
- Interest calculated on the day of the transaction but not less than 2 months’ fee
- Additional loan if necessary as value increases
- The contract fee is 1% of the loan amount but not more than €1,000
- Early repayment free of charge
